2023 Week Four College Football Division I-A Game Predictions To Win

I don't know what my won-lost record actually was for my predictions in Division I-A college football last week, but I know it was worse than in previous weeks! I also know that I totally won a lot more than I lost. I will write that information in when I have more time.
(Update: I went 4-1 on the Thursday and Friday games and I went 27-3 in the first 30 Saturday games that I wrote down. Again, I don't have time right now to say everything I really want to say. So based on 35 matchups my won-lost record in Week Three was 31-4.)
For now, here are my predictions for Division I-A college football for Week Four (technically Week Five):
