Ben Roethlisberger is no longer a Pittsburgh Steeler, Baker Mayfield is no longer a Cleveland Brown and quarterback Deshaun Watson of the Cleveland Browns is going to be suspended for at least the first six weeks of the regular season.
So the presumed quarterback of the Cleveland Browns is Jacoby Brissett. They also have quarterbacks Joshua Dobbs and Josh Rosen, but I don't think they are going to see the field in the regular season unless the starter gets injured.

Running Backs: Nick Chubb (Georgia), Kareem Hunt (Toledo), D'Ernest Johnson (South Florida), Johnny Stanton (Nevada-Las Vegas)

The Steelers QB situation is also up in the air as well. Dwayne Haskins died on April 9th (which is the 99th day of the year in non-leap years), Mitchell Trubisky is probably the best quarterback based on name recognition alone, they have Mason Rudolph and they also have Kenny Pickett out of the University of Pittsburgh and Chris Oladokun out of South Dakota State.
So clearly whoever Pittsburgh's quarterback ends up being doesn't have a lot of NFL experience (at least in the long-term future).
