Predictions to lose: Cleveland Cavaliers, Washington Wizards, Utah Jazz, Atlanta Hawks, Minnesota Timberwolves, New Orleans Pelicans, Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Clippers, Portland Trail Blazers
