These are my predictions to win and lose for the 2025-26 National Football League season for Regular Season Week 4 from Thursday, September 25th, 2025, through Monday, September 29th, 2025!
NFL 2025-26 Regular Season Week 4 Predictions (Predicted on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, at 8:22 p.m. Eastern Time)
Thursday, September 25th, 2025 (Prime Video, 8:15 p.m. Eastern Time)
Seattle Seahawks (2-1, 3-2-1 tie regular season and preseason, 1-0 away, 1-1 away regular season and preseason) at Arizona Cardinals (2-1, 4-2 regular season and preseason, 1-0 home, 3-0 at home regular season and preseason)
The occultic numbers are 3, 6, 9, 13, 22, 23, 26, 30, 33, 55, 63 and 66.
The Seahawks are 2-1 in non-occultic games that surround occultic game numbers this season (in other words, the third game of the regular season and the preseason this season so far). Like the Cardinals, it might be wise to take the Seahawks to lose this game just because of that fact alone! The Seahawks are playing a divisional opponent for the second time this season, but, unlike the Cardinals, they haven't played a divisional opponent in back-to-back weeks. Both the Cardinals and Seahawks have lost to the 49ers so far this season, and this will be the first away game for the Seahawks against a divisional opponent this season.
The Seahawks won their first away game after their first occultic game of the season (the third preseason game, which was an away game), so they will need that magic again to win on Thursday.
The Seahawks lost their very first game after their first occultic game of the season (the third preseason game which was an away game) in regular season Week 1, which was a home game, but they have the fact that they won their sixth game of the entire season (including preseason) at home (the third regular season game) and this week's game will be their very first game after their sixth game of the entire season, and, as I just mentioned, was also a stadium/venue change (like in regular season Week 1 after preseason Week 3) which could be a good reason to pick Seattle to actually win this game! The bottom line is that because Seattle is away and not at home this week, it could be a good reason to pick Seattle to win this week!
The Cardinals are 2-1 in non-occultic games that surround occultic game numbers this season (in other words, the third game of the regular season and the preseason this season so far). It might be wise to take the Cardinals to lose this game just because of that fact alone! Also, the Cardinals are playing a divisional opponent for the second straight week and the second time this regular season!
The Cardinals won their second preseason home game and they can win their second home game of the regular season. The Cardinals also won their first home and away games of the regular season after their first occultic game (the third game of the preseason), so there is a good chance the Cardinals could win again on Thursday in game number seven of the season after game three of the regular season and after game six of the combined preseason and regular season.

Jets 6-5 (+1 more wins, 11 games played, W3) against Dolphins all-time won-lost record in September AWAY.
The Jets are 2-4 (-2 more wins, 6 games played, W2) all-time against the Dolphins in REGULAR SEASON Week 4, according to Statmuse.com if I am not mistaken. Also, none of those games were played in September, they were all played in October and the Jets are 2-2 at Miami all-time in REGULAR SEASON Week 4! Miami won on October 7th, 1973, and October 7th, 1974, at home against the Jets. Miami also won on October 10th, 1970, and October 8th, 1972. The Jets won on October 3rd, 2004, and October 4th, 2015.
The Jets were L5 against the Dolphins for the winning and losing streaks after the 12 data points section for each team (published on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025).
Thoughts: I think you could argue the Jets are due for a win against the Dolphins very very soon at Miami considering the Jets are on a current nine-game losing streak at Miami. Based on the Dolphins L32 stat (see 12 data points section), compared to the Jets L27 stat (see 12 data points section), this will be a close game regardless of who wins and I think in many ways, Miami deserves the slight edge to ACTUALLY win this game because they are very much due to get out of this L32 hole compared to Cincinnati's W9 streak (see 12 data points section) and Denver's W0 (see 12 data points section) in Monday Night Football game number two. Cincinnati can afford to lose right now and Denver can't!

The Bengals are 1-1 (+0 more wins, 2 games played, L1) all-time against the Broncos in REGULAR SEASON Week 4, according to Statmuse.com if I am not mistaken. The Bengals are 0-1 at Denver all-time in REGULAR SEASON Week 4 and the Broncos won that game 38-20 on September 21st, 1997! Denver lost at Cincinnati on October 8th, 1972, 21-10.
The Bengals were L16 against the Broncos for the winning and losing streaks after the 12 data points section for each team (published on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025).
Thoughts: I think you could argue the Bengals are due for a win against the Broncos very very soon at Denver considering the Bengals are on a current nine-game losing streak against the Broncos in September and a six-game losing streak at Denver in September! The problem is that the Bengals have a starting quarterback with significantly less playing time than Bo Nix for the Broncos exclusively in the NFL, so unless Bo Nix gets hurt, the Broncos I think clearly have the advantage in this game! Regardless of who wins this game, I think it will be much more competitive than the New York Jets at Miami Dolphins game tonight!
Predictions to win: Miami Dolphins, Denver Broncos
Predictions to lose: New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals
Results: Win, Win
