Predictions to win: Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs, Florida Panthers, New York Rangers, New York Islanders, St. Louis Blues, Utah Mammoth

Predictions to lose: Washington Capitals, Detroit Red Wings, Tampa Bay Lightning, New Jersey Devils, Philadelphia Flyers, Ottawa Senators, Los Angeles Kings
