Ogallala Girls' win against Hershey in High School Reserve Basketball on Thursday, December 11th, 2025

The Ogallala Lady Indians defeated the Hershey Panthers on 56-28 on Thursday afternoon, December 11th, 2025, at the Ogallala Auditorium in Ogallala, Nebraska.

Hershey's Brynleigh Tillman scored nine points. She made one three-pointer.

Ogallala's Chloe Gager scored 20 points. She made seven two-pointers and two three-pointers. Gager scored seven points in the first half.

Haidyn Rapp scored 15 points for Ogallala. She made three free throws. Rapp scored eight points in the first half.

Gager and Rapp have now scored 10 or more points in back-to-back home games.

Ogallala led 9-4 with 5:37 left in the first quarter.

The Indians then led 20-10 at the end of the first quarter.

Hershey trailed 25-10 with 4:30 left in the second quarter.

The Panthers who cut the deficit, were still behind 29-18 after two quarters at halftime.

Ogallala led 40-22 after three quarters.

Hershey trailed Ogallala 42-24 with 6:26 left in the fourth quarter.

Ogallala won by a final score of 56-28.

Hershey scored their most points in a quarter (10) in the first quarter.

Ogallala scored their most points in a quarter (20) in the first quarter and they scored their second-most points in a quarter (16) in the fourth quarter.

Hershey now has 0 wins and 1 loss so far on the season.

Ogallala now has 3 wins and 0 losses so far this season.

For Hershey, Halzee Etherton scored five points. She made one free throw.

Raegyn Beachner (#21) scored five points if I am not mistaken. She made one free throw.

Oaklie Walton scored four points.

Ali Odean scored three points. She made one free throw.

Kennedy Layman scored two points.

For Ogallala, Sara Stevens and Charlie Caskey each scored six points. Stevens made two free throws.

Kooper Knispel scored five points. She made one three-point shot.

Marly Eastman scored four points. She made one three-pointer and one free throw.

Hershey has basketball at Cozad tonight on Friday, December 12th, 2025, for Girls' and Boys' Junior Varsity and Varsity High School Basketball.

Ogallala also has lots of away games at Chase County on Saturday, December 13th, 2025. There is 7th and 8th grade Girls' basketball at 10 a.m. Mountain Time, High School Junior Varsity Girls' and Boys' basketball at 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time, High School Girls' Varsity basketball at approximately 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time and High School Boys' Varsity basketball at approximately 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time after the Girls' Varsity game.

Hershey has basketball at North Platte against North Platte Saint Patrick's tomorrow on Saturday, December 13th, 2025, for Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity also well as two quarters for both Girls' and Boys' of Reserve basketball.

Ogallala is scheduled to host Chase County in Girls' High School Reserve basketball on Monday, December 15th, 2025.

Hershey is scheduled to have High School Reserve Girls' and Boys' basketball at North Platte on Monday, December 15th, 2025.
