Ogallala defeats Chase County in High School Boys' Reserve Basketball on Monday, December 15th, 2025

The Ogallala Indians High School Boys' Reserve Basketball team defeated the Chase County Longhorns 56 to 36 on Monday, December 15th, 2025, at the Ogallala Auditorium in Ogallala, Nebraska.

Ogallala's Jacoby Bauer scored 33 points. He made five three-pointers! Bauer's last three shots that he made were from three-point range!

Chase County's Camden Kunnemann scored eight points. He made two free throws.

Ogallala led 18-3 after the first quarter.

After two quarters, Chase County still trailed 34 to 12.

Ogallala led 45 to 22 with 2:01 to go in the 3rd quarter.

Chase County cut the deficit and trailed 45 to 26 after three quarters.

Ogallala won the game 56 to 36.

For Chase County, Hayden Worth and Jesus Acuna each scored six points. Acuna made two free throws.

Rodrigo Robles scored five points. He made three free throws.

Truman Olsen scored four points.

Levy Jurado scored three points. He made one free throw.

Ethan Hanna and Kacen Wenzlick each scored two points.

For Ogallala, Beckan Cain scored 11 points. He made three three-point shots.

Ty Patin and Zach Dietrich each scored six points.

Chase County now has a won-lost record of 0-2 on the season. Ogallala now has a won-lost record of 2-2 in Reserve games so far this season.

Ogallala plays Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball today on Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, in North Platte at North Platte St. Patrick's High School.

Chase County hosts Wray, Colorado, in Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball on Thursday, December 18th, 2025.

Ogallala hosts Hershey on Friday, December 19th, 2025, in Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball.

Ogallala will play against Thunder Basin from Gillette, Wyoming, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, in Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball on Saturday, December 20th, 2025.

Chase County travels to Broken Bow, in Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball on Saturday, December 20th, 2025.

Chase County and Ogallala will play again at Chase County in Imperial next year later this season on February 3rd, 2026, for Girls' and Boys' High School Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball!
