Missouri Congressman Billy Long apparently doesn't want to do an interview with me a journalist.

Missouri Congressman Billy Long apparently doesn’t want to do a phone interview with me. If he still does, he knows how to contact me. I haven’t given up and I won’t give up at all because of how important free speech is and what it will mean for freedom in the future. The interview will happen.

I want to ask him about his actions at the Twitter Transparency and Accountability hearing on September 5th. It should also be noted that the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation hearings were going on this same day as well. Protestors were there to appeal Kavanaugh being confirmed as a Supreme Court Justice and were at the very least physically removed from the room where the hearings were taking place.

At the hearing, Laura Loomer, a journalist, interrupted the hearing to talk about Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey and how he and his team at Twitter censors people who show pro-Republican and/or conservative viewpoints on Twitter.

Here is some of what Loomer said: “Please help us, Mr. President, before it is too late, because Jack Dorsey is trying to influence the election, to sway the election, so that Democrats can steal the election! That is why he is censoring and shadow-banning conservatives. You are a liar, Jack Dorsey. You are a liar.”

I wouldn’t be surprised if Twitter also censors people who hold any viewpoints that go against voting for Democrats even if those viewpoints aren’t necessarily pro-Republican or pro-conservatism.

Loomer was pointing out that Dorsey lied to the hearing panel made up of members of the U.S. House of Representatives Energy and Commerce Committee.

Long’s actions at the hearing were that he did an auctioneer chant or call drowning out Loomer while she was speaking.

On September 6th, the day after the Twitter Transparency and Accountability hearing, Alex Jones and Infowars were permanently banned from Twitter. Jones and Infowars have also been removed from Facebook, YouTube, Apple and I believe a few more social media websites.

Through today October 10th, 2018, I have contacted each of Billy Long’s offices in Joplin and Springfield, Missouri, and Washington D.C. six times each via phone call. All six times I have called the Joplin, Missouri, office I have had to leave a voicemail message every single time. I have also contacted his press secretary Hannah Smith six times over the phone since September 27th and had to leave a voicemail message every time with no phone call response yet. I have e-mailed her many times with zero e-mail responses since September 6th. I have even sent her and Billy Long messages through Twitter by tagging them. I phone called his campaign office today. You can follow me on Twitter @Evan_Troxel.

Missouri residents should get to know what Billy Long’s true feelings and beliefs are on freedom, free speech, Internet censorship and the First Amendment before the November mid-term elections in which his opponent is Democrat Jamie Schoolcraft. I would say the same thing for Schoolcraft. Long is a Republican.

Residents of Missouri should also get to know what his attitudes are towards the latest technological innovations in social media as far as free speech goes. If politicians don’t have a proactive attitude in dealing with social media companies who censor or shadow-ban people’s viewpoints, then what should people do to show their free speech? What can people do to show their free speech if they are not being heard?

In my opinion, Louisiana Congressman John Kennedy comes to mind and might not be very bright as far as the latest innovations in technology and what social media companies will do to people who actually want to get to the truth. I don’t really have any opinions on John Kennedy other than I really question if he really knows what is going on right now with what social media companies are doing to censor and shadow-ban people with certain viewpoints. Just watch and listen to him talk about any topic and you will see what I mean.

It could be possible social media companies will lie until you ruin their livelihoods, businesses or put them in jail or prison. Will social media companies do everything they can to deceive truth-seekers so they won’t speak out?

Somebody should be paying attention to what social media companies do. This needs to be people who are highly into the latest innovations in technology. We need young people who are computer, technology and social media savvy who really love freedom.

Many people already know that political activists, no matter where they work at or for, will stop at nothing to get people to vote a certain way. And if Congress and the U.S. federal government cannot or will not regulate and/or penalize social media companies who censor or shadow-ban free speech in some way, then social media companies shouldn’t expect people to continue using their services.

Billy Long has two Twitter accounts @USRepLong and @auctnr1. If he has two of them, more often than not his Tweets need to be coming directly from him and not from somebody who works for him. I don’t know if U.S. politicians are required to have a Twitter account, but if he isn’t required to, he can make a choice and he doesn’t have to continue using it if he doesn’t want to.

Because Long and I haven’t been able to talk yet, Missouri residents won’t really ever get to know his raw true feelings and beliefs about his actions on September 5th. It didn’t even have to be me asking him about his actions on September 5th, but I haven’t seen any news outlets asking him about that yet. And it is probably too late anyway to get any real raw answers about Long’s actions on September 5th because Billy Long and everybody else on the planet by now have probably heard somebody give their opinions about what to or not to do about something. Sad!

As a final note for now, on Monday, October 8th, 2018, just two days ago, it appears that Twitter is unfollowing people for their Twitter users without the Twitter users consent.

I can’t prove it, but I believe I had 338 or 339 followers and as of right now it has gone down to 328.

People noticed it and I reached out to Bill Mitchell about it (see the photos below). You can follow Bill Mitchell on Twitter @mitchellvii.

Twitter is probably doing this because Brett Kavanaugh officially became a Supreme Court justice on Saturday of this past week.

Democrats will tell you they believe Roe v. Wade will be overturned sometime in the future because the Supreme Court likely has a 5-4 vote right now on overturning it, Kavanaugh holds pro-constitutional viewpoints and is now a part of the highest court in the land.

Overturning Roe v. Wade basically means women won’t be able to freely have abortions anymore in the United States.

I have more information coming soon. I could say more but I don’t think I can do that right now.
