Countdown to Kickoff: NFL Preseason Week 3 (Less than 43 days away)
(Editor's Note: With less than 22 days now until the first game of the National Football League preseason, it is now time to begin the countdown to kickoff of the 2022-2023 NFL season. As of Saturday, July 9th, 2022, at 8 p.m. Eastern Time, each day for the next 26 days, I will write a story featuring each matchup for that week’s scheduled NFL games. The goal of writing these stories is to try to determine who is going to win each game of the 2022-2023 NFL preseason, regular season and postseason based on previous matchups each team has played against each other. Each day, each story I write, the hypothetical standings will be updated to reflect what may actually happen in the 2022-2023 NFL season. I may also offer my predictions on who will win each game. I reserve the right to change my predictions before the first game of each week. However, my real goal is to publish all of my predictions of the 2022-2023 NFL season before the first preseason game starts. I want to do that, because I don't want to be making emotional decisions about my predictions at the last minute. I don't want to make my predictions at the last minute because I don't want to get my predictions wrong.)

OK, I missed publishing a story yesterday (Wednesday). So I will be playing catch up until I get back caught up again.
I guess as I am typing this, people really don't have much an idea of what I am going to show you yet. Just a snippet.
If you haven't read my previous stories for the 2022-2023 National Football League season, you can read about them here:
The only story I feel like is 100% complete is the Hall of Fame Game story.
Preseason Week 1 is mostly complete and I may (or probably will) change at least some of my predictions (if any predictions).
The only reason to read Preseason Week 2 is to see what I want to do with these NFL stories every day for 26 straight days before the Hall of Fame Game on August 4th, at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
I intend to publish at least the schedule for the 2022-2023 National Football League Regular Season Week 2 at or before 8 p.m. Eastern Time today (Thursday). I intend to do that at least, if not my thoughts and scores from previous games/matchups for NFL regular season Week 2.
Obviously, you know as I am typing this that I haven't even published Regular Season Week 1 or Preseason Week 3 yet either.
So for now, at a minimum, I am going to publish the schedule for each week's NFL games.
Also, I reserve the right to change my predictions for each NFL game before the first game of each week.
Obviously, come back to this story for more details in the near future as this story I am publishing right now is not 100% completed.
I intend to share the webpage to this story on social media (multiple times) when my story is 100% completed.
Anyway, the Green Bay Packers-Kansas City Chiefs Preseason Week 3 game is supposed to be the most competitive based on last season's combined preseason, regular season and postseason won-lost-tie winning percentages.
While the Jacksonville Jaguars-Atlanta Falcons game and the New York Giants-New York Jets game are supposed to be the least competitive games.
The Detroit Lions-Pittsburgh Steelers game is supposed to be the third-least competitive game.
The Minnesota Vikings-Denver Broncos game is supposed to be the fourth-least competitive game.
The San Francisco 49ers at Houston Texans game is supposed to be the fifth-lest competitive game and tied for the fourth-least competitive game based on the combined preseason and regular season won-lost-tie winning percentages from the 2021-2022 NFL season.
So here is the schedule for Preseason Week 3.

"But whatever was to my profit I now consider loss for the sake of Christ. What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ--the righteousness that comes from God and is by faith." -Philippians 3:7-9
